📦 Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

  • During busy periods, sales, or holidays, processing may take an additional 1–2 days.

  • You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order has been dispatched.

 

🚚 Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

UK Shipping

  • Standard Delivery (Royal Mail / Courier): 2–4 business days

  • Express Delivery: 1–2 business days

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and delivery location.

International Shipping

  • We ship worldwide.

  • Delivery times vary depending on destination, generally 5–14 business days.

  • International shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

🌍 Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. Feathers of Italy is not responsible for delays caused by customs.

📦 Pre-Orders & Backorders

If an item is marked pre-order or backorder, the expected dispatch date will be shown on the product page. Orders containing pre-order items will ship once all items are available unless you request otherwise.

🚫 Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes internationally.

  • Certain items may have delivery restrictions based on destination country regulations.

🔍 Tracking Your Order

 

Once your parcel has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

❗ Missing, Delayed, or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel is delayed, missing, or arrives damaged, please contact us at

We will work with the courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

📬 Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your address is correct at checkout. Feathers of Italy is not responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
