Next day delivery £7.95

Post 3-5 days £5.95 Reinstating from 14th January 2021

Free delivery over £75

Must be ordered before 11 am Monday to Friday. If you order at say 12 o'clock on Friday your parcel will be collected from us Monday and you will get it on Tuesday.
We offer free standard delivery on uk orders over £200 (normally £7.95)

Any items going to Ireland or Scotland or sothern Island will carry a surcharge. If unsure we can quote you the delivery costs before purchase.

Delivery Monday-Friday (excluding bank or public holidays) on stock items.

If you require Saturday delivery it is double the cost.

If you order something and want it by a certain date do mention this on special instructions on the order form, especially if there are several items as one may hold another item up.

Returns

We want you to be delighted with your purchase but if you are not you can return any stock item within 14 days of receipt, as long as it is unused and in its original packaging, all jewllery and earrings are non-returnable due to hygiene regulations. 
   
Damaged goods must be notified within 48 hours of delivery via email including photographs to info@feathersofitaly.co.uk. Sale items are exchange only but clearance items are non-returnable. If you have bought an item from our shows it is exchange only and within 7 days.

If the item has been further reduced whilst sending back  you will get the lower price if returned.

If it was bought in a sale or If it is a non-stock item it is advisable to check all measurements and details prior to ordering, as these are items are non-returnable.

Sale items may have slight imperfections.

Please email us on info@feathersofitaly.co.uk to let us know you want to return and we will send you our returns address ideally get proof of postage or use a courier or use sign for from Royal Mail.
