Diet Top Tips Using an App and Kerries Diet Progress

As you know from our previous blog Kerrie Has been trying a new approach to dieting which includes very little exercise and more about logging the daily food intake and having an off button.
The App Kerrie has been using since February is called Lose It She has downloaded it on her I Phone and has proved very successful.

Kerrie Started using the app in February and weighed in at 82.4 nearly 13 stone she now weighs 76.6 12 stone which is an incredible 1 stone. Kerrie "I am thrilled with the results, it certainly opens your eyes to what you were eating and makes you realize a few nuts and extra snacks here and there certainly piles those pounds on. Kerrie Set her self a 1.5 stone loss over a sensible 5 months and has stuck to it. Kerrie Said'I was eating nuts thinking it was a healthy snack but found that after measuring what I would normally have that was half of my daily calories in a snack which doesn't even fill you up.
I can have what I want so If I want fish and chips or a glass of wine or a Gin and Tonic other things have to go. This is no recommended every day as I soon found out by having oats for breakfast I could last much longer and after a few weeks soon worked out with the app giving you tips on what makes you lose more weight and less weight.
I walked for 30 minutes once a day 15 mins each way sometimes I walked twice when time permitted.
